Deposit terms

Once you make a booking, and we agree dates for your styling sessions over the phone or via email, I require a non-refundable £150 deposit payable by PayPal (charges apply). A payment link will be sent to you once your booking has been confirmed.

As stated in the Consumer Contracts Regulations of June 2014, you have a 14 day cooling off period during which time you are entitled to a refund of your £150 deposit, minus the PayPal fees, should you change your mind.

After the cooling off period, the deposit for your booking will become non-refundable, but you can transfer your deposit to another booking if a new appointment is rescheduled within 6 months of the original booking date. If you are unable to make a styling session, please inform me immediately and I will do my best to reschedule your booking to a time suitable for you.

Booking terms

Once we have agreed the fees for your styling session on the phone, it will be confirmed in writing in a ‘confirmation email’ within 48 hours. It is your responsibility to check all the details contained in the content of the ‘confirmation email’ and that you agree with the booking details, dates and quoted fee.

The confirmation email acts as a contract and receipt confirms your agreement with the session dates and fee agreed. If you have any questions regarding the details contained in ‘confirmation email’, please contact me within 48 hours.

Payment terms

The final balance of your styling fees (minus £150 deposit) must be received within 48 hours of your first booked styling appointment.

If a styling appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the session, after your payment has been received, the fee will be non-refundable. If you cancel a session that is part of a styling package, depending on the duration of the cancelled session, the fee owed by the client will be calculated as the equivalent of a half day or a full day rate.

Delivering your styling sessions:

My aim objective is to deliver the best possible results for clients. However, in order to do this successfully, I require full engagement and commitment from clients. It’s a big commitment of your time but if you give the process your full commitment, it will save you time and money in the long term.

It is essential that you take time to complete the questionnaires fully, provide as much information as possible and prepare for the sessions as requested. Communication is important and all disclosed information is confidential so any concerns you have can be discussed with your stylist in privacy.

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint or other issue about the service you have received, please let me know during the session, or immediately after, preferably within 24 hours.

I aim to give you the best possible service, so it is essential that you raise any issue you have as soon as possible to that it can be dealt with as quickly as possible.


If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, you must inform me as soon as possible before your appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, your fee is non-refundable. 


If you miss the 14 day ‘cooling off’ period, your deposit can be applied to another booking if made within 6 months of the original booking date. You may re-schedule your styling session on the condition that you give me a minimum of 7 working days’ notice prior to the date of the appointment. If more than 7 days’ notice is given you can reschedule for free and £25 for each subsequent re-schedule.

Style Questionnaire:

To ensure you get the most out of your session with me, I will ask you to fill in some details about yourself at the time of booking. Prior to your styling session, I will conduct a more detailed style questionnaire to understand your needs and in order to tailor my services to you. All information given is confidential and only used to provide the best service for you.


Styling sessions usually take place between the hours of 10:00am and 7pm, Monday to Saturdays. Sundays can be booked if agreed in advance.


All packages are strictly for one person and guests can only attend if required for medical reasons and pre-arranged.


Home Visit:

Please ensure that you have your clothes in a reasonable order. For example; trousers together, tops together etc. This makes outfit selecting easier. If you have a summer and a winter wardrobe please ensure that these items are all available for the stylist.

Personal Shopping Sessions:

Try to ensure that you wear comfortable clothes and footwear that are easy to put on and take off as you’ll be trying on lots of different items in various shops. Comfortable shoes are essential as a lot of walking is involved during the personal shopping experience.Try to avoid wearing jewellery as this will often need to be removed when trying on outfits.

Wardrobe Reviews and Outfit Building:

Concierge Shopping:

A meeting is required before a concierge shopping session and a £150 deposit is required at the time of booking. All payments including the clothing budget must be made 48 hours before the session. Delivery of the garments will be made on a pre-arranged day and destination. The session time also includes the delivery of the items and styling of the garments.


I use PayPal for all online payments. All payments must be completed within 48 hours of your first styling session. A deposit is required for all packages. An invoice will be sent to you after booking is confirmed.


Stylierge is committed to protecting your privacy. I do not disclose any customer information to any third party. All personal details submitted to me are for my use only. I will never pass your personal data to a third party.

Data Collection:

We will only collect details about you when you place an order. To place an order these will include your name and address, your email address, and other information necessary to complete a transaction and fulfil your order. We do not collect any information which may be deemed “sensitive personal data” under the Data Protection Act 1998.


We will not retain any details that you provide, except for your email address. All client and enquirer’s email addresses are automatically entered into a database so they may receive occasional emails from us about our products or general advice about our products which may benefit them. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing emails from us by unsubscribing at the bottom of any sent emails or by email to info@stylierge.com


Your submission of an order is deemed to be your consent to provide us with your details. We use no other means of data collection.

Credit & Debit Card Payments:

I do not collect any credit or debit card details. I use PayPal for all payments. To view the terms of service for PayPal please visit PayPal.com. The customer must then pay the outstanding balance 48 hours before the first styling session via an invoice sent after the initial deposit is paid.
